Matt repaired a damaged area of gel coat with much care. He colour matched to a (almost) perfect colour, filled and sanded level and polished the whole boat till it shined.

Matt came highly recommended. He rebuilt the 20year old anchor nose on my Cranchi boat and repaired a large area of crazing. Matt managed to match absolutely perfectly the 20year old colour very quickly! He was totally reliable and a genuinely nice chap. Having bought my sunseeker Hawk 31 back from the Med unseen due to Covid the fibreglass was not in the condition I was expecting. Luckily I saw Newneek’s advert on Facebook and thought as a new local business I would give them a try, I’m so glad I did. Matty was punctual, reasonable priced and an absolute perfectionist, the boat looked great, he’s just restored the blue hull for me and it is like a mirror, fantastic work. He’ll always go the extra mile to squeeze you if you’re trying to get the boat ready for something and most importantly I feel like I can trust him with my favourite toy! 2020 was my first season of boating. Having acquired my first boat, I met Matt by chance in the car park at Salterns. I showed a couple of blemishes on my boat which he soon put right.
